rFactor startlight sounds

I always questioned why some tracks have startlight sounds and some tracks dont.
Most logical would be that in the SCN file of the track some line links to the Ambient folder and the startlight sounds.
But i looked for it a couple of times but never found it. You guys have any idea how it works or where it can be found?

So I can add 'late-night drive radio' to a track specifically then?
WooHoooo!
I thought I was going to have to hand on an MP3 upload as well for the 'drive radio/sound track'!
That's the 3rd part of one tracks 'Easter-Egg' collection taken care off
Two out of three now all thanks to the 'big E'!
