Rider killed at the Baja 1000.

Sorry to see that KTM rider Kurt Caselli was killed at the Baja 1000 , possibly by a "booby trap" set by spectators. Condolences to his family and friends.

oh, that's terrible news i've heard about the bobbytrpas that the public deploys in the Baja 1000, i think that the organization should find a way to patrol the area in order to avoid the use of these bobby traps, if this was really the cause of this terrible accindent they know what can happen...

Jalopnik has updated it's story and it now says that according to some riders who were first on the scene , it was not a booby trap. It's still sad that he got killed , but it's a little easier to accept when it's a racing accident.

yeah, this things happen in any form of motorsport but is still sad, but i think it would been worse if it was an incident caused by a bobbytrap
