Rift CV1 in 2024: where to (re)start from?

I bought the Oculus Rift CV1 many years ago and I always barely used it, mainly due to a lack of time.
Now I would like to start using it more, so I would like to ask if you have any suggestion on what I should look for some additional configuration and image quality improvements.
I know I can just increas pixel density, but is there any additional software or setting I could look into? Oculus Tool, dll, settings to improve the quality at the center of the view while decreasing at the margin so to get better performance etc. These are the things I always read about here and there, but I never really focused on them.

I'm driving with an AMD 5600x and a 6900XT.

Thank you. :)

I had a CV1 and a GTX 1080 ti.
I Upgraded to quest 3 and a RTX 4070ti.

CV1 is going to be blurry and screen door no matter what you do.
