Depending on how I pull up in the morning I may not be fit enough to turn the wheel, I've pulled some muscles in my left shoulder, probably from shunting furniture at my mates place in prep for painting on Saturday. Doing the heat pack thing as I type, fingers crossed it helps loosen it up enough
