Various changes after mangadex discord feedback:

-Folder naming for ease of install (drag and drop to content manager)
-Added staff name
-Corrected staff role colour
-New steering wheel theme
-Changed name to Dex-chan (and an easter egg name)
-Updated Halo colour design
-Fixed left front upper wishbone orange colour
-Added Dex-chan picture in front of the Halo
-Added more orange accent colour
