Searching for Motion Dampers/Dof Reality P3

My name is Max and I am new to sim racing. Today i ordered an Dof Reality P3 Rig. Now i found this YouTube Video

from Taylor.
He is using some kind of special motion dampers which you can see at minute 2:02 and further.
Now my question is if any of you guys know these motion dampers or similiar ones i can buy??
