This may affect the time the race starts in your part of the world (if you do not live in Western Europe). If you are unsure, you can always look here to see what the time is in the UK (and in Presto-world).
Hi guys
Next season's calendar we can all participate to form. I will loop you into the proccess The first thing I do is to find out what real f1 races coincide in our normal schedule (jan/feb-may/june). Then I make a list of the track we typically race minus what we did last season, and end up with something like this:
Our schedule mashed with the real f1 calendar:
25th of January -
08th of February -
22nd of February -
07th of March -
21st of March – Australia (Melbourne)
04th of April* – Malaysia (Sepang)
18th of April – China (Shanghai/Jiading)
02nd of May* – Bahrain
16th of May - Spain (Barcelona)
30th of May – Monaco
14th of June - (Montreal**)
* 10 days after the real f1 event
**is there no way we can use this track?
Other tracks we have raced earlier, but not in season 7:
Imola
Istanbul
Magny-Cours
Nurburgring
Silverstone
Valencia
Watkins Glen
As you can see, I wrote down 11 dates, although there are only 10 races. Therefore the first or last date can be erased. I also took the liberty to move some races one week after the real f1 race to honour our 2 weeks brake rather than strictly following the rhythm of f1 (1 week brake followed by 3 weeks brake).
Nothing is fixed in the list, if everybody think one of the f1 tracks sucks, it can be swapped, but we do like to race the same event as the real guys 3 days after, don't we?
Enjoy your Christmas, and only participate here if you feel the urge to start planning next season. There is plenty of time
