Season Pass ?

Hi I was listening to the Tora Radio Show on Radio Le Mans a few days ago and they talked about an ACC season pass that would include GT4 cars and The upcoming British GT DLC.
I cant find anything about Season Pass for PC is this just a PS4/xbox thing ? (as I didn't get that feeling when they were discussing it)

Never heard of a season pass for PC. Steam also doesn't list a season pass.
Might be an exclusive console thing as I can see it listed for Xbox and PS.
