Setting up Wheel Help!

First i wanna apologies if there is a post allready made about this.. i searched for about 10 min and couldn't find anything.

I just bought my first wheel (thrustmasters ferrari experience 2 in1 -no realy important).

My problem is that i can't understand the race07 settings, expecialy force feedback.

The wheel vibrates when i turn but dosen't vibrat when i go on grass or break really hard .. or mount the curbes.
If i put 0% at steering vibration it dosen't vibrat at all.

I donno if i made myself clear.
I'll try to put it another way. They way i think it's normal to behave: steer>50% small vibration, when i break and breaks lock -vibration. when i mount a curbe or get 2 wheels on the grass vibration.. when i floor it - vibration.
the amount of vibration etc... proportional to the amount of break.... bumps in the road.. wheel spin.

Really don't know it this is how it's supposed to work.
Hope you can set me straight. I''d love to se a setup guide like the ones that are for car setups .. a really simpleton explenation.
