I figure it is a good idea to finally list all games featuring a complete racing series, which means cars, liveries, drivers, tracks, rule sets, etc.
Here's how I far I got up to now, feel free to add other games below.
I will add older games in the future.
AMS 1 & 2, rf2, AC, RRRE, and many more do not qualify because of - to my knowledge - lack of tracks and drivers (and rule sets as well).
