skins problem

any time i install skins it shows up white on the car,install both with Cm,csp 1.78, and install manuelly but same thing, the skin show up on the car as white, not all of the skins ,before this post, install the oreca skinpack ,for the loire07 works fine, then install rowe skin for the urd bayro gt3 bmw m4 and the skin shows up white, any reason why it does that
