Some sounds are non existent

I have tried adjusting the volumes of individual files but still can't hear the Start Lights sounds or the Announcer sound. Also in the pits, I don't hear anything but my engine. Other sounds are heard so my volumes are not too high. I have my effects slider all the way up to 32.

Do you have the full installation of rFactor, or just the Lite version?
