Steam VR crash

hows it going gents,

I just got my Oculus VR up and running and noticed I can get the system to run playing PC2 if I run it the oculus app but every time I try to run the steam VR and not the oculus the whole computer will crash and reboot. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

Go to settings in the oculus UI. Then go to general and allow outside apps or games access . Start oculus app and leave open then start AC... I think this maybe your problem .. Hope this helps
