Still fingerprint Mismatch?

I formatted my PC and have bought 3 numbers for the game.
None of them work! Fingerprint mismatch.
I have written to @reiza and seeing as I run a league and we racing tomorrow evening, I really hope something can be done.
I thought this problem had been fixed with the new updates?

Took @reiza only 2 hours to respond and we rocking again...
