Hey guys

Okay here are the skins created by me over the last few weeks.

38 in total, 19 Chevrolet and 19 Peugeot.

All completely fictional of course, but I hope you enjoy them.

I have given all the cars different numbers and names from the originals in game, so you should be able to run them alongside the original skins.

Pretty new to the modding aspect on the rfactor platform, and this is my first attempt.

Haven't found a way to have the game read a new RFM file hence the reason for the new numbers and names.

Hope you enjoy them........happy racing fellas!

;)

Hello, Rob, excellent work, i am new overhere, painted a lot for nr2003 V8 supercars,
i have V1.52 and cannot get working some skins, you talk about updating something, can you please explain it to me, Thanks Tonny/ NL

hi Tonny,

if you haven't done so yet, go and grabbed these cars, they have been updated to work in latest version http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/superv8-skins-compilation-v1-50-onwards.114477/

each Car has a .veh text file. and after V1.50 the way cars were looked for was changed in that file.

if your trying to get SuperV8 cars uploaded prior to 1.5 working you have to go into that XXXXX.veh text file and change this line

Classes="Reiza21" to read Classes="SuperV8"

Just a heads up, I was having trouble getting the K-mart scheme to show in game as it kept giving me an error in reference to the white wheels. It wasn't till i looked at your version 1.0 that you included the white rims with it but not in this release. Once i installed those all was fine.
