F1 2011 strange problem with game

hi i wonder if anyone can help me? i have installed all some new mods like 2012 HD liverys and helmets as well as 2012 tyres and true lights pack bu Rini and now my game freezes when loading almost everytime and i have insalled the prepatch flow.bin but it's still doing that? is it all the mods? please help what can i do???

Why hen I turn tire wear in career mode I is set at least 1 second a lap to see more. thank you in advance
