F1 2012 Streaming from pc

Hello.
I've streamed races from xbox before using twitch tv, roxio and adobe but now i would like to stream races from my pc. What software would i need to do this please - obviously something which would capture my pc screen live in order to go on twitch tv/adobe

any ideas from the experts welcomed

Try Xsplit. Also if you combine it with Dxtory - you can get some great quality.
