I'm actually quite surprised there is not a thread for this topic already.
Last night I had my first league race in Suzuka and ended up with 3 penalties for crossing the pit exit line, except i didn't cross it. I rec'd one of the penalties in Quali and two in the race.
I also ended up having a corrupt video file so i lost the video of the first race penalty being handed to me, but still have video of me serving the drive through and rec'g the second penalty.
I had to edit out the loud swearing after i rec'd the second penalty, but if you want to see that too it's here... just turn the sound down and you can see the penalty was issued for crossing the pit exit line.
This bug was pointed out to CM on their forum as early as September when the game was released i think, but it was never fixed with one of the numerous patches. I never actually heard of it until recently, and then BAM! it happened to me.
I think the only way to avoid this penalty would be to run with the rules on "reduced" when possible.
