SweetFX plugin 1.4 work with Wombats.dll ?

In my case one of main reasons to start playing GSC, was the low settings my pc have(that is actually a laptop), so Wombats its a good perfomance boost to fps with bigger grids and prevent shuttering, but at the same time Sweetfx 1.4 makes a huge difference in the quality of the colors, at least for me..
Is it possible to get both of the plugins to work together ?
