T500rs(Ferrari F1 Add on) Reconecting

Hi, I have a problem with my T500rs with the F1 Ferrari Add On. Alot of times when I play the wheel just reconect, and I have to turn off the game before the wheel will connect properly again. It happends to differante games, so its not a problem with the game.. I know that in the newast firmwire to the wheel it stands fix reconecting thing, and I have the laster firmwire but have this problem ALOT...

Anyone who knows what to do?...
