Test Drive Unlimited 2

TDU 2 breaking ground.

Yep, the development plans have a milestone for improving wheel support. No specific date attached to the update, but it's currently in the list of things to address.

Thanks for posting a reply. I know it's quite a job to cover everything. I believe the game has secured a definite place. It's innovative, entertaining and it has a lot of potential. I'll be following the developments yet to come.

The Next Patch is Almost Here

From the official TDU2 site:

The first big content update for TDU2 is almost here!
DLC1, also known as "The Exploration Pack" is almost out the door! This update includes some great features that the community has been asking for.
Got a Pink Mustang you'd like to sell? If so, you're in luck, because we're looking to buy. That's right - the next patch includes the ability to sell your reward cars!
How about getting your hands on a classy new ride, or a sleek, off-road beast? Two new cars have been added: The all-terrain Lancia Stratos "Rallye" and the classic 1969 Dodge Charger. Find all 20 new wreck locations in Ibiza and Oahu to unlock these cars!
For those who have been missing Roulette on the consoles, it's coming back! We've resolved the issue that needed to be resolved, and will be ready to start taking your bets again soon!
There's also a wealth of new missions. Twenty of them, but that's not all! Included with these new missions are two brand-new game modes: Extreme Convoy, and Timed Convoy.
As a reminder, this entire update is free! It's a way to say thanks to our loyal members who have shown their dedication and support for the Test Drive Unlimited series. The update should be available soon – keep an eye on our forums for the latest news from the development team!
And what about bikes? They're definitely coming in a separate update further down the road. If you're looking for a teaser, see if you can find the new bike shops on the map. If that doesn't satisfy your curiosity, check your favorite car dealerships for a sneak peek at some of the upcoming DLC cars!

So still no fix for the abysmal support of wheels/pedals? Until they do something about the ON/OFF behaviour of the brake pedal this game will continue to gather dust on my hard drive.
But hey they're still trying hard to get the casino working properly.
What a farce.

Yeah, it's totally worth it, but I have a biased opinion (Atari employee). ;)

Occasionally people misunderstand what is going on when Casino bugs are fixed. From time to time, I see complaints that the developers are spending time fixing the Casino, rather than working on bug fixes for the core game. However, the teams that work on the Casino and the core game are different groups (this can be seen in the game credits). So don't worry, we do have developers working on the core game every day, even though we have other developers working on the Casino simultaneously.

In other news, Roulette should be back on for consoles soon!

I do play from time to time and the Casino always keeps me happily busy for an hour or 2. :)

I'm on PC and I can't make the photo missions because the photos aren't saved, can't even see them in the "album" option ingame, don't know why, it seems I'm not the only one with that problem, I saw a topic about this on the tdu2 forums but the user never got a reply form anyone. Any ideas? BTW "ianslufc", it's always raining in my game, maybe you haven't updated your game?

Interesting... but they should also make the pre-order and other dlc cars free, it's their obligation for putting on sale a game with so many bugs, and it's not fair nor decent to make the users pay for files that are already in a game which people already paid for...

Strange. I'm on PC, all working fine. The photo didn't save the first time, but because of my mistake. Now I just press the confirm button a couple of times, and that's it.
