the fujin - Leblanc Brothers CRC 2021 - the Canadian Rally Championship finally gets some representation

a very simple tri-colour livery based off the Leblanc brothers' hawkeye Impreza, currently participating in the 2021 Canadian Rally Championship.

tried to make it as close to the default game liveries as possible, save for the CRC emblem on the number stickers.
