Timo isn´t refilling Stuff

Hi. No matter how often I reload the save, Timo isn´t refilling stuff in the Market. If he doesn´t do so, I´ll die in a while because I can´t purchase food or something. Does anyone know what to do?

It only restocks on Thursdays now.

Drink water from the kitchen tap and grab the fish trap from the island and catch fish to tide you over until Thursday.
