TM TX Doesn't function anymore

I had just gone through a move from state to state, and before I moved my TM TX worked just fine. But then when I had arrived at the destination, and tried to set everything up, my TX doesn't work anymore. I noticed that the mode light is stuck on green (doesn't toggle to red) and that the xbox symbol led is constantly on. I only own the Thrustmaster TX, T3PA pedals (that came with), and the Leather GT wheel (which also was included). Maybe I'm forgetting to plug something in?

1. Is it recognized on the pc? Doea it ahow up at all?
2. The light should be about inverted pedals usually, but could indicate a fault.
3. Sometimes the quick xbox connector is faulty and replacing it fixes problems
4. Try to update firmware maybe?

The device is not recognized on the PC anywhere I look.
The light, no matter what I do in order to make it red, does not change it.
I have done the firmware update, and it has done nothing so far.

I have done a full reset. On 2 USB 2.0 ports, 3 USB 3.0 ports, and 1 USB 3.1 port. Every USB port that I have attempted to plug it into and perform the reset has not worked.

Just to rule out a system problem, do you have access to another PC you can try it with? Otherwise, time to contact Thrustmaster for help.

Same thing happened to me and my T300. I managed to wake it up a couple of times but Tm told me I needed a replacement... it was a good wheel.

Yeah... with a ts pc racer that I got cheaply.
