I have an ultra low potato pc ... how friendly is it with fps?
is it for ALL tracks default? some tracks or all including mod tracks?

Its the most FPS friendly than you can get. It just corrects the Sun light / Ambient light / Shadows directions, intensity and colours.
I have actually seen more stable FPS.
It does not ad any shadow.
Its the best that you can get on lighting for the poor shaders that the games has.

And it only modifies the track you chose to.
