Toggle Overlays stopped working

I've tried mapping every key to the "Toggle Overlays" command, but it doesn't change anything any more. I can toggle each specific overlays with the default number pad, but can't set one button to toggle through them. Is this an issue with 1.50? I didn't have this issue before the update.

Any help is appreciated.
