Track Designing Competition

The currently planned Formula E race in New York City takes place in a far-away boring location in an industrial location. Let's make it more interesting by relocating it to the heart of the New York business district.

Your task:
ePrix on Southern Manhattan Island, New York, which means anywhere below Houston Street.
For safety reasons, and to keep weekend traffic moving, stay clear of West Street and FDR Drive.
Length = 2.0-3.0km

I actually like Hungaroring except for the pointless chicane on the back 9. I think Jimmy would agree with me that chicanes should be left for controlling speed, whereas this one is placed well before you can get even close to high speed. So, I've straightened that part out while reconfiguring the esses section to have a better flow. Also, the bit between T1 and 2 has never been useful for a DRS zone, so I'm moving it the the end of the lap with the new section through the woods. T2 is earlier and tighter allowing the run up the hill to T4 to be straighter but steeper.
