Track in Africa seeking for modder

I have always driven on well-known and popular circuits but this time I would like to virtually drive on the only circuit in West Africa after having driven on it in real life. I am not good with software and I am looking for modder that can help recreating the track in order to provide the community with one more circuit.
Any help will be taken. Here is a glimpse of the track in video. More details to come.
