Track layout upload

Hello,

I have made some track layout with more pits, especially for rally specials, like OSRW.
Can I upload it on racedepartment or I must ask for authorization from authors?
Those are just layout with a kn5 containing pits, no modification of original content

If I'm understanding your question properly: you can upload files which work alongside an existing mod, for example a set of additional files to adjust the way the mod works.
What you can't do without permission is upload any files which are derived from someone else's content. For example, modifying a track and uploading a new kn5 which is derived from the original would not be OK without permission.

Ok so just a new kn5 that adds stuffs on a new layout should be ok

I guess so, yes - if the model inside is your creation then you need no permission to upload it
