Apparently, if i've got this right - they're making a large chunk of the city in free roam form as a commission for the Romanian Government and the best bit it will be free for everybody, um.... I think, yeah think I'm right.
Just putting it out there for some of the undoubted talent of the track creators here on RD who may want to earn a few bob - well it must be paid work for sure...
