Hmm, haven't found any user-ID's, but the member list informs me there are only 39745 members....

Open the memberlist, sort them by last entry and count down from the actual number to 40000.

796 pages with 50 on each page = 39800
At an estimated 30 members/day added it will take a week before there can be a #400000.

After RSC's great failure, the famous small game GeneRally was moved here. But then it moved again to their own host so references of my race history is now scattered everywhere on the forums.
