F1 2021 Tyre Weekend Using

Hi

Just a small question. i´m stupid that i forgot how to change the tyre settings for a weekend.
can you explain me how i can change the sets?

in f1 2020 i was able to do it on the loading screen between track and main menu but its not possible in f1 2021
