"Unexpected Error" and cannot race. Why?

***FIXED*** If you have the same error, follow these steps:

1. Go to Content Manager
2. Go to Options
3. Go to "Custom Shaders Patch"
4. Go to SMART MIRROR and Deactivate it

Deactivate both marks (attacked image) just in case

This should fix the error! If not, Force bit-x32, then try again.
