There's a "cameraman_polo_shirt_jeans_01_d.tif" texture inside both *.erp's in:

2020_asset_groups > animation_package > scenes > careerhub > team_hq

In his download, he has a firstinterview and a interview erpfile. The interview erpfile is the only one i have in game.
