URD PX opinions

I'm sorry for opening another thread if there's an existing one. I have searched for one, but have found none.

Anyway, I'd like to hear your opinions on the "new" URD PX LMP mod. How realistic do you think it is, how does it drive, is it worth buying... Any information is useful.

thanks for your help, but unfortunatly it does not work in that way. The only thing that helped was reducing the ffb to 50% in per car setting. Thrustmaster settings are 100/100/0/0/let game decide.

btw in rf2 I have the same issue with this cars!?!?

So there seems to be something car/mod related, that causes this behavior - has no one else such experience?

Softer springs and/or increase ride height might help. Stiff low chassis may transfer vibrations to steering wheels, some mods seem to suffer from this. Mostly open wheelers...

The cars are already far too soft for what they are....

I think it's most likely an issue with the combination of the car and the wheel drivers. Not really sure how you should go about fixing it.

They released the merc clr today.
It's very good - even on v6 tyre. Probably one of the best cars i've tried in ac.
Sound is immense.

if im gonna be critical i think it has way too much grip for it being on v6 tyres(cold tyres)

Could be right about the cold tyres; i guess they have some fine-tuning to do before it's finished on v7 tyre.
This 1999 LM car will be a formidable machine with warm tyres though.

temperature either doesnt increase or increases extremely fast with them, in my experience.

With various cars, i always drive on 20oc, green, clear.

Could of course be me misinterpreting something.

You can achieve exactly the same behaviour with V6 or V7 Tyres regarding temperature.

Yep, was messing around with it a lot, not sure if its some issue but I seemed to have fixed it somehow, gonna have a chat with aris just to make sure its a not a bug.

Ill take back my previous comment, v6 isnt bad, just my pc being weird.

Rather brunt way to put it. Very well could be though that doesnt explain why it was happening to cars that i was messing with and ones that i wasnt. I'd love to show evidence but i cant replicate it.

Oh well, the discussion is over, i dont see any reason to continue using V6 regardless.

I could never keep heat in V6 tires, multiple tire temp apps showed them at or below 60º no matter how hard I drove them (even when using tire blankets) and it often felt like I was driving on ice.
