Using Bodnar BBI32 with BBI12 Rotary switch

Anyone using the Bodnar BBI32 board with a BBI12 Rotary switch in AC or PC2?
I am looking for someone with xperience setting up the BBI12 to get the most out of it.

I only have experience using the sli-12 with a uBBI and a SLI-Pro.
They way that works is that it acts as 12 different buttons.
When you turn the 12pos switch one of the 12 'inputs/buttons' get briefly pressed and then released.

You can use it for example going into blackboxes in iracing which you can access using the F-keys on your keyboard for example.
