I have a question which version of the game best for mods ? Now I have versions 1.14 and I do not work on gravel roads (SEMETIN (Czech Republic) 0.9) Thanks

eh, all track mods should work on the current version, there is full backwards capability (and even with cars it has been a year since a patch "broke" cars)

what exactly does not work on the Semetin track?

There is only one version of the game its called the steam version which automatically updates itself to the latest version of AC. end of discussion.
