Sorry bout my ignorance, can someone tell me how this resource can be used and what is for?

Sorry it took so long, to reply, but it seems that sometimes I don't get an email notification.

When Racedepartment changed server, some of us tried to make sure that none of the xpacks where lost. I was just putting back what I had saved while the change took place. I did not make it.

I would imagine that videoscreen is a large screen, on a track, playing a "bik" loop video file or a series of static images. I can find out more if this, as an object, interests you.
