VR-Settings for Oculus Quest 2 needed -RTX 3070 i7

please help!

does anyone have good settings for Oculus quest 2 in acc?
right now i am very frustrated - testing for 3 days and unfortunately not getting a nice setting.
what i already know, the oculus vr app works better than steam vr. just what refresh rate (72/80/90/120) or rendering resolution 0.7-1.3 works best?
everything i've tested now either creates bad looks or the refresh rate doesn't hold and i lose a lot of frames.

RTX 3070
i7 11700
32GB Ram

Its really a shame ! Assetto from 2013 modded by community looks and plays like a dream and now paid devs on Unreal engine cant provide a nice experience years later. Now i will have to buy displays just to race ACC…
