Version 0.9 will have car #17 and 1.0 will have all the "extra" stuff.

Jebus updated VRC Formula NA 1999 - PacWest Racing CART '99 with a new update entry:

PacWest Racing driver update

- Added driver ( Gugelmin & Blundell) suits, gloves and helmets for both cars.

Now I have to take a break from skinning as I have other things to do. But I'll try to finish the full grid some day, unless someone else have managed to do it before me.
