Wanted Mod creator to make our car

we are a schools team based in the UK that race an electric car in the Greenpower championship. We are using rfactor to train our new drivers on the circuits on which we race, however we are looking to increase the reality and have our car actually within the game, does anyone know a Modder for hire that could create our car for us? if you want to see what the car is like check out http://www.greenpower.co.uk/node/496, that is our car
