Weather Improvements - Monte Carlo - Realistic color lovers

This mod replace sky textures on some stages (midday) in Montecarlo. This mod decreases fog level and reduced bloom efect on col_de_turini_rally_01 + 6 new sky texture in midday.
Stage 2 is orginal!

INSTALLATION:
1. First make sure to back up your files, you'll overwrite.
2. Extract .rar file and replace/overwrite the existing files to [X]:\steam\steamapps\common\DiRT Rally
