Weird lightning/texture Bug

Hi, so recently i got this Lightning or texture bug where it seems like the textures get really clunky. Before this everything was fine, it happened when i wanted to take some pictures with free cam, after enabling it i somehow managed to press all kinds of buttons on my keyboard trying to move and suddenly my frames dropped to 30 and the textures/lightning became like that. The frames seemed limited to 30 but after restart they returned to normal but the texture/lightning remained.
Can someone help me on how to fix it?
