what is wing_body_AOA_CD/CL.lut for? and how can i edit them?

It's arbitrary filenames used by aero.ini so you should first check that that file refers to them.

In principle, AOA means "angle of attack" and is the input angle of the wing against the air (simulated live, based on setup angle & the pitch of the car). CD is coefficient of drag, CL is coefficient of lift. So between them they say how much force the wing generates at that angle.
