What steering ratio do you use?

Wheel rotation is the how much the steering wheel turns from full left to full right. I use 740 degrees.

Steering lock is the angle of the front wheels at full steering input. I use 25-27 degrees.

More steering lock allows you to catch more slides because the front wheels can turn more. Wheel rotation divided by steering lock is the steering ratio. A low steering ratio gives stronger response (often termed "fast/quick steering rack").

360/15 gives the same response as 720/30 because the ratio is the same, but 720/30 allows you to catch wider slides.

Lotus Elise : 990/31.3 15.8:1
Dallara F302: 13:1 -12.6:1

Older cars use larger ratios due to lack of power steering
Ferrari 250 GT: 20:1
