DiRT Rally 2.0 Wheel/Keybaord not detected... Help Please.

Happy Memorial day guys.... So I got a new computer, have been switching over hardware and of course installed Thrustmaster wheel files, and when I started DR 2.0 in steam, it doesn't see my wheel or keyboard. Yet in steam ACC see's it as T300RS.

Any help would be great, I'm sure it's something simple but I'm at a lost.

Whats crazy is Dirt 1.0 works fine
