Wheel not working after installing Content Manager

My Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback wheel was working fine before I installed Content Manager. I see the wheel moving in the cockpit, hear the engine as I hit the gas pedal, and see all my wheel controls working in the wheel setup screen. But the car just sits there while the AI cars speed off at the start of a race. I tried un-plugging it before opening content manager, then made a new preset in Content Manager after making some adjustments. I re-booted Content Manager to try this again. All attempts have failed.

Check the shifter, the gears are not engaging.

Fantastic! Everything is working now. Thank you so much for your help. I just saved a preset to nail down these settings.
