Where is the glowing rotor ?

As update 1.2 changelog said , there is a feature GLOWING ROTOR , but I can't see any glowing brake rotor till now 1.2.4.

Is it my own problem ?
How to fix it ?

Look at the front wheels of supercars, or GT3 cars. Use a camera like the F5 and zoom out, then move it around the car after you brake from a higher speed. The brake discs will light up.
