I am not sure that I have seen any specific mounts for them?
One thing you dont want to do it to mount it off the stem as you will get too much vibration that way.
When I had a CV1 I did this, I got a pipe clamp like the one in the link, you can get it at any local hardware store, and put a little bit of foam tape inside of it where it would touch the sensor. I flattened the clamp and attached it like the photo.
