Where to get beta tracks/cars?

I've installed and payed for the beta but it doesn't come with anything and ive been having a hell of a time trying to get anything to play. Only mod that works is the Renault 3.5 series...which is aweful. Where do i get the classic tracks and cars in all the beta screenshots?

Downloading all the available content from the forums. Will post back if there are still issues with the cars.
